The generated responses are backed by specific social media or news mentions used to create the Insights. Additionally, along with the response, you will receive dashboard links that allow for further exploration into the entities and use cases relevant to questions.

Pro-Mode is an advanced feature in the Insights Copilot feature that offers more powerful search capabilities, allowing you to obtain more detailed insights.

Pro-Mode provides deeper analysis and provides comprehensive data to you.

Note: Generating responses in Pro-Mode might take slightly longer compared to the standard mode due to the additional depth and detail in the analysis.

The data in the Insights Copilot is updated in real time, ensuring the most current information is always available. This data is fetched into Sprinklr's central database via contracted APIs with social media platforms and data vendors. This data can be accessed through the Quick Search feature.

Yes, you can mention the time and source of data to be considered to generate the response. You can add this information in natural language in the question.

Yes, you can limit the scope of data to generate a response by adding filters of language, message type, sentiment and location in natural language.

The does not support questions related to political topics, hate speech, medical and legal issues, or NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content. These limitations ensure compliance with ethical standards and content guidelines.
