Users vs Profiles: Users are the people who use Sprinklr platform whereas profiles are the customer profiles who are sending messages or calling the brand
A user can be added to Sprinklr

Users can then login using Email, password, 2FA or SSO.
User metadata
You can create any number of metadata fields for the user, called user Custom fields, and store any detail about the user. These metadata can be filled in while creating the user or editing the user. It's available via UI, API, and integrations.
While reporting any metrics about the user like response time, CSAT etc, you can use any of these metadata to slice and dice the report.
