Compare Voice of Fan

Using the Compare Voice of Fan standard dashboard, you can find key insights around the share of voice, sentiment, and themes of conversation around your brand and your competitors.

To access the Compare Voice of Fan dashboard

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Insights, click Benchmarking Dashboards within Learn.

  2. On the Benchmarking Dashboards homepage, click the dropdown icon and go to Standard Dashboards.

  3. Expand the Standard Dashboard options and select Compare Voice of Fan.

  4. Also, the standard dashboards can be accessed and filtered out on the Benchmarking Dashboards homepage using the Type filter. Select Dashboard to display only the standard dashboards.

Relevant filters to power up the dashboard

Add relevant brands/brand groups to populate the data in the widgets.

These widgets help monitor brand performance, measure engagement, identify audience demographics, and improve social media strategy.

The Share of Voice tab of the dashboard helps you in monitoring brand awareness and fan engagement to see how you stack up against the competition.

  • There are widgets that display the distribution of fan messages across the brands. It helps in identifying the brands having the maximum and minimum number of fan messages which also helps in identifying the reputation of the brands.

  • Identify the social network channel which is the best place for your customers to speak by monitoring fan messages shared across the social network. Thus with the insights derived, you can improve your social media strategy.
