Use Widget Translation to translate widget information

Sprinklr's Language Translation feature allows you to translate the language at the widget level. By translating the widget, you and your team can accurately understand the widget information and make more informed decisions. Besides, you can easily collaborate with teams across different geographies by translating reports into multiple languages.
To use the Language Translation feature in widgets
For example, the Stream (Conversation Stream) widget has messages in the English language. You want to translate them into Spanish or any other language. You can do so by using the Translate option available at the widget level.
Click the Options (3 dots) in the top right corner of the widget, and select Translate from the options.
The Select Language window will pop up where you need to select the desired language into which you want to translate the widget information.
After selecting the language, click Translate. This will translate the text into the language you have selected.
A Translate icon will appear on the top bar of the widget, which signifies that the widget is in translation mode.
To switch back to the original language, click the Options icon again and select Show Original from the options.
