Email alerts for Case Create/Update failure 

Sprinklr Salesforce Integration provides the capability to set up email alerts on the failure of operations on the Salesforce side triggered from the Sprinklr side, such as Case creation and Case update failures from the Salesforce App in Sprinklr Marketplace. 
 

Setup: 

  1. Open All marketplace in Sprinklr Platform 

  2. Open your Salesforce Application in Sprinklr. Hover over it and click on edit. 

  3. Click on Connector configuration and select email in notification types.

  4.  Add the email Ids on which the alerts should be sent from Sprinklr and click on save. 

 
 
 


Salesforce Error Code and Message in Sprinklr Custom Fields 

Sprinklr Salesforce Integration provides the capability to populate the Sprinklr Case custom fields with error code and error message on failure of operations on Salesforce side triggered from Sprinklr side such as Case creation and Case update failures. These custom field values can be used in reporting dashboards to analyse and monitor failures.
