"Select All" functionality in Listening Conversation Streams

When viewing a Conversation Stream in a Listening Dashboard, you can now opt to Select All, which will place all messages in the stream in a selected state. Using this feature, you can apply actions – like tagging messages and applying macros – to all messages in the stream at once, allowing you and your team more efficiency. You can use the new select all functionality in Listening to easily tag all messages associated with a hashtag campaign, or assign all messages mentioning a specific product issue to a specialized care team.

"Show Messages as Snippets" functionality in the Conversation Stream

In the Conversation Stream widget, you can see snippets around the first topic/keyword query. The snippet gives you the context of the message without reading the full content. It renders the text around the first keyword match that is detected.
