Universal Search: Outbound Message Option

Universal Search supports searching by Outbound Messages. Outbound Messages can be searched by Outbound Post ID, Message ID, Channel, Account, Campaign, and by Author. Use this feature to review past outbound messages from anywhere within the Sprinklr platform.

To Search Outbound Messages

  1. In the top right corner of the Navigation Bar, click the Search icon Space Search Icon.
  2. Click the Dropdown icon Dropdown Icon in the Search Bar and select Outbound Message from the available options.

  3. In the Press Enter to Search field at the top, enter Account, Campaign, Author, Message ID, etc. or keywords to search for the desired outbound message

  4. Click the Dropdown icon Dropdown Icon far right to the Press Enter to Search field to open the Advanced Search criteria. For more information, see Advanced Search — Field Descriptions
  5. Enter Keyword, ChannelAccountCampaign, Author, and ID details and click Apply. This will filter the search result as per your requirements.

Profile
Advanced Search Option in the Universal Search
Profile Name Type the profile name you want to find.
Channel Select the desired Social Media Channel.
Global Profile List Select the Global Profile List.
Workspace Profile List Select the Workspace Profile List.
Tags Type the tag you want to search with.
Message
Advanced Search for Message
Keyword Type the keyword the message may contain.
Channel Select the social media channel.
Account Select the account the message is associated with.
Post Type Select a Post Type from the following:
  • Brand Post: Any engagement that has happened in the parent post type, which is posted by the Brand account.
  • Fan Post: If any engagement has happened in the parent post type, which is posted by the Fan account.
Parent Post Type Select a Parent Post Type from the following:
  • Brand Post: Any post posted by the Brand account.
  • Fan Post: Any post posted by the Fan account and there has been engagement by the Brand account.
Tags Select the tag associated with the message you want to find.

Channel Select the social media channel.
Account Select the account the message is associated with.
Campaign Select the campaign the message is associated with.
Author Select the author of the message.
ID Type the ID of the message.

Keyword Type the keyword the message may contain
Channel Type Select the channel type.
Case Number Type the case number.
