Universal Search: Profile Option

Universal Search supports searching by Profile. Audience Profile can be searched by Profile Name, Channel, Global Profile List, Workspace Profile List, and Tags. There is no minimum number of characters required for Universal Search of Audience Profiles. This capability is particularly useful for searching for profile names in different languages.
Note: You can show Universal Profiles to users based on the accounts they have access to. For example, the Voice agents will have access to only Voice and Email accounts, and the rest of the profiles will not be visible to them. To get this capability enabled, please work with your Success Manager. |
To Use Universal Search with Audience Profiles
Login to your Sprinklr environment and click on the Universal Search icon
in the top right corner of the Navigation Bar.
By default, the Profile option is already a set option for Universal Search. To change the options, click the drop-down icon
alongside the Profile.
In the Press Enter to Search bar, enter the terms you wish to search for, without a minimum character limit.
If there is more than one profile matching results than a list will appear. Click on the profile to open it in the third-pane.
Additionally, for Advanced Search, click the drop-down icon
alongside the Press Enter to Search bar.
In the Advanced Search, fill in the required details and click Apply. For more information, see Advanced Search — Field Descriptions.
Tip
Profile Name is an open text box that uses a common search capability. Quotation marks for exact search. OR and AND operators. (Use - to exclude an element).
Channel, Global and Workspace Profile List, and Tags are drop-down menus.
Advanced Search — Field Descriptions
Term | Description |
Profile Name | Enter the profile name to search for the profile. |
Channel | Select the desired social channel(s) from the drop-down menu. |
Global Profile List | Select the desired global profile list(s) from the drop-down menu. |
Workspace Profile List | Select the desired workspace profile list(s) from the drop-down menu. |
Tags | Select the desired tag(s) from the drop-down menu. |
