Videos as a Listening source

By adding Videos as a Listening source, you can listen to and learn from video data.
Sprinklr supports Video as one of its multiple Listening Sources. Web Videos are short, recorded, viewable files linked to a website or an electronic message to educate or transfer visual information from one user to another. Web video consumption is one of the most popular internet activities worldwide.
Sprinklr supports coverage of top channels from a handful of major video sites including DailyMotion, Youku, Vimeo, MetaCafe, Bilibili, etc.

To fetch data from Video
Query-based Topic
In order to fetch data from Videos, you need to create a topic with Videos as its source.
While creating or editing your topic, click the Apply Filters tab, and select Videos as one of the Sources.
You can also select Sources: Videos from the dashboard/ Widget filter.

Domain-based Topic
In order to fetch data from Videos, you need to create a Domain-based Topic with Videos as its source.
You can add the domains/domain list in the Setup Profile tab of Topic builder.
While creating or editing your Topic, click the Apply Filters tab, and select Videos as one of the Social Channels.
You can also select Source: Videos from the dashboard/widget filter.

Limitations
Author level metadata are anonymised for country china.
Engagement stats are not updated
Limited number of domains available, users can request new domains to be added via source verification route.
