Podcast as a Listening source

Updated

By adding Podcast as a Listening Source, you can listen to and learn from Podcast data.

Podcasts are streamable and downloadable audio content available for on-the-go consumption. Sprinklr partners with Podchaser to streamline podcasting experience in a totally upgraded way. Gain access to live & historical data across 4.5M podcasts, 170M episodes. Integration of Podcasts as a Listening source will empower the research community to tap into a wide range of expert content on a myriad of topics via a comprehensively and continuously updated set of data streams.

See the following highlights of this integration –

  • Explore podcast episodes data – set up keyword query topics and monitor mentions pulled in via keywords matching on episode title, description, transcripts (if available), and podcast title.

  • Transcripts are available across 5k+ top podcasts, and this ranking is refreshed monthly. The episode's transcription is available for the initial 60 minutes.

  • Channel Latency – access and listen to all new data within 24 to 48 hours

  • Message text content and audio of podcast mentions is available across 40+ global languages

  • You can now listen to the podcast as well by accessing the Audio Play bar on the message.

  • We are currently working on enabling historical access to data for up to the last 5 years. Our goal is to make the complete 5-year data available over the next few weekends, starting this weekend.
