Updated
By adding Podcast as a Listening Source, you can listen to and learn from Podcast data.
Podcasts are streamable and downloadable audio content available for on-the-go consumption. Sprinklr partners with Podchaser to streamline podcasting experience in a totally upgraded way. Gain access to live & historical data across 4.5M podcasts, 170M episodes. Integration of Podcasts as a Listening source will empower the research community to tap into a wide range of expert content on a myriad of topics via a comprehensively and continuously updated set of data streams.
See the following highlights of this integration –
Explore podcast episodes data – set up keyword query topics and monitor mentions pulled in via keywords matching on episode title, description, transcripts (if available), and podcast title.
Transcripts are available across 5k+ top podcasts, and this ranking is refreshed monthly. The episode's transcription is available for the initial 60 minutes.
Channel Latency – access and listen to all new data within 24 to 48 hours
Message text content and audio of podcast mentions is available across 40+ global languages
You can now listen to the podcast as well by accessing the Audio Play bar on the message.
We are currently working on enabling historical access to data for up to the last 5 years. Our goal is to make the complete 5-year data available over the next few weekends, starting this weekend.
