WhatsApp Voice Calling by Customers

Your customers have the option to initiate calls to your business directly within the WhatsApp app. They can choose to use the Call option provided or engage via a Voice Call CTA button shared by the business in a template message.

Agents utilizing Sprinklr can efficiently handle these calls through Sprinklr voice solutions.

This enhancement in communication capabilities through WhatsApp voice calling effectively addresses business requirements by introducing an additional channel for business calling within the Sprinklr platform.

Notes:

  1. WhatsApp Voice Calling is currently available only in Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, and India.

  2. To get this capability enabled, please raise a support ticket by contacting tickets@sprinklr.com.

How It Works

Customers have two options to initiate a call:

  1. They can click the Call button located at the top right corner of their WhatsApp screen.

  2. Alternatively, they can click the Call CTA button provided within the HSM template sent by the brand.
