Where to find Media Monitoring & Analytics?

  1. Login to the Sprinklr Platform

  2. Click on the icon in the top right corner to open the launchpad or click on the icon in the top left corner to open a new tab.

  3. Click Sprinklr Insights. Under the Learn section in the Sprinklr Insights tab, click Media Insights.

    Note: You can also access MM&A via Media Monitoring & Analytics card below the Sprinklr Insights Tab.

  4. Now, you can start exploring the capabilities of Media Monitoring & Analytics.
