Universal Entities
Unlike other platforms with fragmented architecture across their products, Sprinklr works on Universal Entities. Some of the essential universal entities with which you will repeatedly work in Sprinklr Social are called out below.
Account management
You can add numerous accounts to Sprinklr across multiple channels, and provision them to users with different level of permissions. These accounts can also be clubbed together into a group on the basis of a common property. You can read more about accounts and account groups here -
User & permissions management
