Location Insights allows users to group Locations based on their custom properties like country, city, state, etc. Several dimensions have been created for grouping different parameters per their locations.

To group by / pivoting

1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Insights, click Listening Dashboards within Learn.

2. On the Listening Dashboards homepage, open the desired dashboard. Or, you can create a new custom dashboard. Refer to this article to know how to create a custom dashboard – Location Insights: Custom dashboard.

3. On the dashboard, click Add Widget in the top right corner.

4. On the widget builder, enter the name of the widget and description (optional).

5. Under the section – Select a visualization for your widget, select a visualization type for your widget. For example, select Table as the visualization.

6. Under the section – What would you like to plot on your widget, plot the metrics/dimensions to be shown in the widget.

7. Under the section – Configuration, click the checkbox Add Pivots/Grouping. ​

8. Add the pivots according to how you want to view the most granular dimension.. In the example below, the Group By is used to view a Business Location – Country (Business Locations) > State/Province (Business Locations) > City (Business Locations). Click on Apply. ​

9. Click Add to Dashboard in the bottom right corner of the widget builder.

10. The widget will display like the image shown below with Country being the first level. Click on > to view the grouping.

11. Similarly, users can use this Group By functionality to view any custom properties in levels.
