In Location Insights, the users can edit and delete insights from the third-pane of the message. This capability allows the users to validate NLP model predictions at the message level that is taken as feedback for Location Insights model improvements. The user can access the third pane from the Reviews tab of the Location Insights dashboard as well as from Conversation Stream.

To edit/delete insights in Standard Location Insights Dashboard

1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Insights tab, click Location Insights within Learn.

   

2. On the Standard Location Insights Dashboard, open the Reviews Tab. 

   

3. Double click on the message to go to the third pane. Click on Location Insights near bottom right corner of the screen

   

4. Click on the Edit Insights icon

   

5. Clicking the Edit icon will take you to the Edit Insight popup window where you can edit the insight as desired, i.e. you can change the subject category, attribute category, and/or change the sentiment. Click Save.

   

6. To delete the insight, again hover over it and click the Delete icon.

   

To Access third Pane via Conversation Stream

1. To access the third pane via the conversation stream, simply click any of the data points and select Show Conversation Stream

   

2. To go to the third pane, double-click the message in the conversation stream widget. This will open up a third pane. Then select Location Insights

   

3. Hover over the insight for the Edit and Delete options to be visible.

   

   • Click the Edit icon to edit the insight.

   • Click the Delete icon to delete the insight.

Note:- The insights can be edited and deleted via both standard and custom location insights dashboards.
