Edit and Delete Insights
Product Insights provide the capability of editing and deleting insights on the platform. Let’s understand in a stepwise manner how this can be done:
- Double-click on any message containing insights, like the one shown below  
- In the right-hand pane that opens up, click on “Product Insights”  
- This will display the individual Product Insight phrases separately, with its phrase-level sentiment and category mentioned  
- Hovering over any of these messages will display two buttons at the top-right of the message block - Edit Insight and Delete Insight  
a. Edit Insight: Clicking on the Edit Insight button will display the following pop-up. From here, you can edit the Brand, Sentiment and the Insight Category of the insight phrase. Clicking on Save at the bottom-right will save the changes made therein.

b. Delete Insight: Clicking on the Delete Insight button will display the following dialog-box. Clicking on “Delete” will delete the selected insight.
