Rules for Location Insights

Sprinklr supports a number of conditions and actions that can be used to configure Rules to automate Location Insights workflows. Automate workflows for Location Insights messages to create efficiencies for your team and save time by automatically taking action on Location Insights messages that meet specific criteria. The automation you create in the Rule Engine is entirely customizable, allowing you to configure Rules that meet your specific needs.

For example – you may want to assign Location Insights messages with low ratings to your Customer Service team or assign specific messages to location-specific teams based on the Business Location of the message. 


Users can create Rules for Location Insights the same way that you create Rules for other types of content. There is not a specific Rule type for Location Insights, however, Listening Rules can be used to configure automated workflows that target Location Insights messages.

Location Insights messages will be subject to conditions and actions that can be configured in Listening Rules –

Description

Star Rating

Condition can be used to check if the rating of a message is greater than (or greater than or equal to) or less than (or less than or equal to) a specific number.

Review Source

Can be used to check that messages are or are not from a specific Location Insights source.

Subject Category

This condition can be used to check specific subject categories of messages.

Attribute Category

This condition can be used to check specific attribute categories of messages.

Business Location

Specific Business Locations can be set as criteria.

Experience Score

This condition can be used to check the message-level experience score.
