Community

An Advocacy Community is a members-only space for your brand's fans or for employee advocates, where they can access exclusive branded content and share it out across their personal social channels. Communities can be managed in Sprinklr

Follow the steps below to create an Advocacy Community.

Use of this feature requires that Advocacy Marketing be enabled in your environment. To learn more about Advocacy Marketing, please contact your Success Manager.

 

Create an Advocacy Community

  1. Click the New Tab icon Screen Shot 2017-09-25 at 1.52.25 PM.png and select Communities under Advocacy in the navigation menu.
     
  2. Click Add Community in the upper right corner.

     
  3. Enter the details for your new Advocacy Community, including a name, optional description, and your sign on option. Note, Advocacy Communities can use either social sign-on or single sign-on.

     
  4. Click Save to create your Advocacy Community.

Advocacy Community Actions

From the Advocacy Community page in Sprinklr, you'll see the option to access the Settings and Build of Advocacy Communities or to delete an Advocacy Community. Learn more in Actions in Advocacy Community.

These configuration actions are generally taken during the initial set-up of your Advocacy Community by a Sprinklr Enablement Consultant. To learn more, please contact your Success Manager.


What's Next?

Once you've created a Community, your team can use the Advocacy Admin Console to configure the site experience for your users.
