When a WhatsApp message is received in Sprinklr, it relays information about the sender in the webhook, like Name, User ID, etc.

You can copy this information to message or case custom fields via Rule Engine.

To copy WhatsApp profile information to Custom Fields

1. Create an Inbound or queue rule in Rule Engine.

2. Select the desired condition, for example, a WhatsApp Business account.

3. Click the Addition icon on the condition and select Add Action.

4. Under Actions to Copy properties from source to destination:

   1. Select Copy Action Source as Self Inbound Message's Sender Profile

   2. Copy Action Destination as Self Inbound Message.

5. Next select the desired profile detail you want to copy and the corresponding desired custom field to copy to.

   Example:

   — Profile Name as Nav+ProfileName

   — Contact Number as Nav_Contact

6. You can view the custom fileds are populated with the selected details in Care Console.
