Get familiar with options to manage your Benchmarking dashboards

The Benchmarking Dashboards homepage will allow you to quickly access your Benchmarking dashboards and folders.
We have revamped the Benchmarking Dashboards homepage in order to make it more intuitive and simplified for users. You can quickly access the dashboards and perform basic actions right from your dashboard homepage. The following changes have been made to the Benchmarking Dashboards homepage –
Organized Homepage: The Benchmarking Dashboards homepage page comes with better organization capabilities, thereby improving the overall search and access experience.
Quicker Dashboard Navigation: It includes a list view with advanced search, grouping, sorting, and filtering capabilities, making it easier for users to locate and manage their folders/dashboards.
Switch Between List View & Card View: You will be able to change the ListView to Card View by a simple toggle where users can view the dashboards and folders in a card view.
Efficient Dashboard Management: The new bulk actions feature allows users to share, add to a folder, and delete multiple dashboards at a single click, thereby streamlining the dashboard management process.
Use cases

Bulk actions in one go – like sharing dashboards/folders, adding them to the folder, and deleting them
How to access the Benchmarking Dashboards homepage?
Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Insights, click on Benchmarking Dashboards within Learn.
The Benchmarking Dashboards homepage will open. By default, all your folders and dashboards will be shown in the List View style. You can easily switch to the Grid View style from Visibility Settings.
Note: By default, all the dashboards and folders on the Benchmarking Dashboards homepage are sorted by the modified time. Folders will be shown at the top of the list, and then the dashboards will be listed.

Search
When you search any keyword related to your folder or dashboard, a drop-down appears as a filter if you want to find within
Dashboard Name
Folder Name
Tags
Sort By
The Sort By option allows you to sort your dashboards/folders by Name, Modified Time, and Created Time.
You can also sort them in ascending or descending order.
The Pin Folders to the top option will be selected by default. This will keep all the folders at the top of the Benchmarking Dashboards homepage. Unchecking the option will rearrange the list of dashboards and folders as per the sorting option you have defined.
Settings
Clicking the Settings option will show you the complete list of Benchmarking entities and functionalities that you can access directly from the Benchmarking Dashboard homepage.
Within the Settings icon in the top right corner, there are 6 options –
Scheduled exports: This feature allows you to schedule your dashboard exported in the required format at regular intervals set by the user.
Custom metrics: Build your own metrics according to your industry terminologies.
Target metrics: Create target metrics to set targets and check whether the performance goals have been met.
Annotations - Annotations give you the ability to add notes to graphs and charts. They are attached to the dates themselves, so can only be seen in a graph or chart where 'Date' is the primary dimension.
Explore: Click on the information on the widgets to further drill down the messages and there you find some standard insight options which contain pre-determined widgets within. You can also customize those insight options and link them to any dashboard so that you can see the same data point in the widgets you wish.
Benchmarking Themes: This is used to slice and dice the data in the dashboards.
Visibility Settings
Using the Visibility Settings, you will be able to swiftly switch between List View and Card View of Benchmarking Dashboards homepage. By default, all the dashboards and folders on the Benchmarking Dashboards homepage are sorted by the modified time. Folders will be shown at the top of the list, and then the dashboards will be listed.
On List View, you can Group By the dashboards/folders by Tags, Owner, and Type. Note: The functionality of Group By on Grid View will be available soon.
You can rearrange the columns as desired by dragging and dropping them.
Clicking the Reset Order option will reset all the columns on the List View.
Options
When you click the Options icon, you will see 3 options
Refresh: Clicking Refresh will refresh the Benchmarking Dashboard homepage for the latest changes in both the list view and card view.
Hide Filters: Clicking hide filters will hide the filter bar from the Benchmarking Dashboards homepage.
Export: Clicking export will take an export of your Benchmarking Dashboards homepage in an Excel file.
Create Dashboard/Folder
Create Dashboard: You can create a custom Benchmarking dashboard or a folder from the Benchmarking Dashboards homepage. Clicking the Create Dashboard button will open the dashboard creation screen where you can enter the dashboard details.
Create Folder: Clicking the down arrow button next to the Create Dashboard button will make the Create Folder button appear. Clicking it will open the New Folder popup window where you can enter the folder details.
Add Filter
The Filter option on the Benchmarking Dashboards homepage allows you to filter all the dashboards/folders by Owner, Tags, Type, and Workspace. For example, if you want to see only those Benchmarking dashboards that have been shared with you, you can simply click the Add Filter button > Type > Shared With Me.
Select dashboards/folders
You can select multiple dashboards, or folders, or dashboards and folders individually by clicking the checkbox next to them. Clicking the checkbox next to the dashboard/folder, the snack bar will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Select multiple folders: You can select the multiple folders one by one by checking the boxes next to them. When you select single or multiple folders, the snack bar will appear at the bottom of the screen that will have 3 options – Share, Delete, and Add to Folder.
Select multiple dashboards: You can select the multiple dashboards one by one by checking the boxes next to them. When you select single or multiple folders, the snackbar will appear at the bottom of the screen that will have 3 options – Share, Delete, and Add to Folder.
Bulk select folders/dashboards: You can bulk-select the folders and dashboards by simply clicking the checkbox icon shown on the top. Upon doing that, the snack bar will appear at the bottom of the screen that will have options - share, delete, and add to the folder.
Note: Clicking the checkbox at the top will select the first 100 dashboards/folders. To select the next 100 dashboards/folders, scroll down to the unselected dashboards/folders and then click the checkbox again. Doing this will select the next 100 dashboards/folders.
