Decision Box Node in Journey Facilitator

The Decision Box node in Journey Facilitator allows you to classify paths based on Custom Fields. You can split the flow into two or more branches based on Custom field or Variable values

Following in the construction of a sample journey that uses the Decision Box node to split the flow into multiple paths based on a custom field value. In this sample journey, we are utilizing a Custom field named "Quiz Score" that contains the score of the profiles.

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, click Journey Facilitator within Omni-channel Journey.

  2. Click Create Journey in the top right corner. (Suppose it is a FB Quiz based discount offer journey). 

  3. In the Create Journey window, give a Name to the journey. 

  4. Select a Campaign from the available dropdown. 

  5. Select a Conversion Type

  6. Select a start date and an end date for the journey from the available calendar.

  7. Select Audience that you want to reach out to.  

  8. Click Save and proceed in the bottom right corner. 

  9. In the Journey Builder, click the New Space_Icon_Addition.png  icon and select the action Send Message.

  10. From the Select Message window, select the asset that you have created.

  11. Click Next. (Suppose it an FB DM asset.) 

  12. In the Select Account window, from the dropdown, select the Facebook account to publish the message from.

  13. Click Save. The FB DM asset is added to the journey.

  14. Click the New Space_Icon_Addition.png  icon that has just been created, and select Decison Box in the option box that opens. 

  15. In the Add Conditions window, give a name to the condition. 

  16. Add a Path Name

  17. Select Or or And as the operator between filters (in case you add multiple filters).

  18. Fill in the Field, Operator (and, between, greater than, etc.), and Value for the filter accordingly. (In this example, we choose the CF Quiz Score)

20. Click Add another path for adding other path options, and add the filter accordingly.

21. Click Save in the bottom right corner. You will be able to see the paths created in the journey.

You Go on creating the journey further. Or Click Save as draft or Save & Deploy when the journey building is complete and all the assets have been added.

Note: The Default Path for the the flow will be taken if both the conditions mentioned below are satisfied:

1. A path name is given to the default path

2. Criteria for none of the other configured paths are satisfied
