Crisis Manager is the place where all the created Crisis Projects are situated. It contains the Crisis Project information – Project Name, Brand, Industry, Project Tags, Project Type, Created Time and Modified Time. 

Actions on Crisis Manager 

View Feed 

Each Crisis Project has its Crisis Feed, wherein all the Crisis Cards associated with that Project can be viewed. From the Crisis Manager, the Crisis Feed of each project can be directly accessed by clicking on the View Feed icon. Double-clicking on the Project-row also opens the Crisis Feed. 

View Dashboard 

Each Crisis Project is associated with a Crisis Monitoring dashboard, which can be accessed directly by clicking on the View Dashboard button. 

Actions inside three-dot button 

Edit: Edit the Crisis Project. Only admins can edit, and the Project Brand and Industry cannot be edited. 

Clone (19.8): Clone an existing project 

Platform Alerting (19.8): Setup in-platform alerting for the specified crisis project 

Audit (19.8): Go through all the edits that the Crisis Project has underwent. 

Delete: Delete the Crisis Project. Only admins can delete a project. 

On the top-right of the Crisis Manager, we have the “+ Project” button, which open the Setup Wizard, about which we’ll talk in the "Setup Wizard" section.
