The new solution is designed to empower businesses and act as an early warning system for any crises relevant mentions across all social channels. With the power of AI, the solution simplifies all the steps involved in Crises Monitoring and improves the accuracy of crises detection – hence enabling brands to save costs. 

 

Why the feature was developed: Currently brands track crisis on a pre-defined fixed set of categories. Also, this categorization is based on fixed boolean queries, which need to be refined periodically to stay up to date with the evolving industry conversations. Our AI-powered solution can automatically update categories based on new trends, making our crisis reports more relevant and helpful.​ 

 

Who is it for: Brands who want to continuously monitor messages surrounding their brand and be notified whenever any crisis outburst on their brand is observed so that they can take minimise the magnitude of the crisis and mitigate the post-crisis aftermaths.​ 

 

How it works: Messages are analysed and filtered out whether or not it is a crisis. Then they are bucketed into AI-generated categories, over which AI-powered crisis cards are generated as and when crisis outbursts on those categories are observed. These cards describe the crisis in picture and the top factors behind it.​ Prompt actions can be taken on top of these cards, like sharing it to users, creating cases and workflows, automated publishing and campaign monitoring.
