Create a WorkFlow Column

Engagement Dashboards allow you to create customized workflow dashboards in which messages can be viewed, acted upon, engaged with, assigned, and more. From the Engagement Dashboards, your team can view and take action on messages in columns custom configured to display the content they need to be able to see and act upon.

Steps To Create A Workflow Column

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Engagement Dashboards within Engage.

  2. Go to the desired Engagement dashboard, and click Add Column in the top right corner.

  3. In the Add New Column window, search and select Workflow as a source for adding a new column.

  4. In the Add New Workflow Column window, select the desired type of column you'd like to make. The following column types are available in Workflow columns:

    • Queues

    • Partner Queues

    • Assigned By Me

    • Assigned To Me

    • Enhanced Queues

    • Enhanced Partner Queues

    • Multiple Queues

  5. After selecting the type of column you want to create, enter a Name, Queues, and add Channel(s) and Media Type(s) from the drop-down menu. Provide Basic Information for your column. Preview of the column will render on the right pane.

  6. Enter Workflow Properties as desired. Workflow properties refer to the properties applied in Sprinklr, either automatically or manually, that determine the message's workflow status, user assignment, priority, Spam designation, and sentiment.

  7. Provide Custom Properties as desired. Configuring additional properties, you can specify messages to include or exclude based on the properties that have been applied to the message.

  8. Click Create Column in the bottom right corner to create the new column. Upon creation, your column will be available in the current dashboard.
