Change User Password

Admins can change passwords for their users, in cases where the user has locked their account due to multiple incorrect passwords, and the account needs to be reset for the user to access the account. This article lists out the steps for the same.

Steps to change user password

  • Click the New Tab icon. Under Platform Modules, click Users within Collaborate.

  • Hover over the user's Options icon and select the Change Password option.

  • On the Change Password for User pop-up window, enter and re-enter the new password.

  • Check the box alongside Notify User to notify the user. 

  • When changing your own password, you will have the option to edit the secret question as well.

  • Click Save in the bottom right corner to update the password for the user.
