Sprinklr's Journey Facilitator allows you to Set, Increment, or Decrement the value of any Custom Field in the journey. The operators depend on the type of Custom Field. In case of Numeric Custom Field, all three operators support. In Text Custom Field, only Set operator is supported. You can use this kind of Custom Field configuration for various use cases like quiz scoring, lead scoring, engagement level scoring, etc.

To Configure Custom Fields in Journey

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, click Journey Facilitator within Omni-channel Journey.

2. Click Create Journey in the top right corner. (Suppose it is FB Nail Quiz). To learn about creating a journey, see Create and Manage a Customer Journey Flow.

3. In the Create Journey window, give a Name to the journey. 

4. Select a Campaign from the available dropdown. 

5. Select a Conversion Type. 

6. Select a start date and an end date for the journey from the available calendar.

7. Select Audience that you want to reach out to.  

8. Click Save and proceed in the bottom right corner. 

9. In the Journey Builder, click the New   icon and select the action Send Message.

10. From the Select Message window, select the asset that you have created.

11. Click Next. (Suppose it an FB DM asset.) 

12. In the Select Account window, from the dropdown, select the Facebook account to publish the message from.

13. Click Save. The FB DM asset is added to the journey.

14. Click the New   icon that has just been created, and select the action Set Field to configure custom field in this journey.

15. In the Set Field window, select your preferred Custom Field from the dropdown. In case you have to create a new custom field, see Add a Custom Field. 

16. Select an Operator.

17. Select a Value. 

18. Click Save.

1. Click the New   icon in different paths to add assets that you would respond with on receiving the respective replies.

2. Keep adding set fields and building the journey. 

3. Click Save as draft or Save & Deploy when the journey building is complete and all the assets have been added.
