Introduction to Keyword Lists

Keyword Lists allow you to create and save a custom list of keywords or phrases. Once created, keywords lists can be used in –

  • Dashboards: To include or exclude conversations based on a set of keywords

  • Topics & Themes: To quickly include or exclude a long list of keywords with OR or AND operator

  • Rules: To save time and reduce the possibility of manual entry errors

Access points for Keyword List

Keyword Lists can be accessed from –

  1. Keyword Lists within Listen under Sprinklr Insights.

  2. Listening Settings window – that can be accessed by clicking Listening Settings within Listen under Sprinklr Insights.

Permissions required

Creating, editing, and deleting Keywords Lists are controlled by Roles and Permissions. As Keyword Lists are governed at Customer-level and not for specific workspaces, in addition to having the below permissions, users must be Global Admins or Global Users in order to create or edit Keyword Lists.

If you are unable to perform the steps described below, reach out to your System Admin to ensure that you have the correct set of permissions.
