Reporting on Smart Alerts

You can create a report to view Smart Alerts count on messages, cases, queues, etc. To do this, you can create a Custom Metric and then create a widget with relevant metrics and dimensions.
To Create a Custom Metric
Add a Custom Metric.
Select Data Source as Inbound Analytics and Metric Type as Numeric.
Next, select Inbound Count from the Metric dropdown.
From Filters dropdown, select Alert on Case Queue (Message) and the required queues for which you want to see the anomaly in Reporting. Similarly, you can select Alert Category as per your requirement.
Reporting available on alerts
Sprinklr provides reporting on alerts using the following metrics and dimensions.
Dimensions/Metrics | Description |
Alert Name | This is the name of the alert. |
Alert Created Time | This is the time at which the alert is created in Sprinklr. |
Alert Module | This is the module for which the alert is created. |
Alerts Count | This provides the total count of alerts. |
Alert Email Ids | This provides the email ids of the alert recipients. |
Alert User Ids | These are the user ids of the alert recipients. |
Alert User Group Ids | These are the user group ids of the alert recipients. |

Consumption metrics available for Smart Alerts
Admins can track consumption of Smart Alert Emails using dimensions such as Alert Email – Top Posts Clicks, Alert Email – View in Sprinklr Clicks, and Alert Emails Opened in widgets and refine the alerts with the least consumption to increase value. You will need to use Consumption Analytics as the data source for your reporting widget.

Alert Email – Top Posts Clicks | This provides the total number of clicks on Top Posts. |
Alert Email – View in Sprinklr Clicks | This provides the total number of clicks on the View in Sprinklr button in the email body. |
Alert Emails Opened | This provides the total number of emails opened. |
