Sprinklr provides you with the capability to clone RSS feeds to create the same RSS feed with a different URL. All feed properties except the name and the feed URL will be copied. No manual work of configuring them is required. The link will be published as an attachment. This is only supported for Facebook and LinkedIn.

Steps to Clone an RSS Feed

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Platform Module, click All Settings within Listen.

2. In the Platform Settings window, click Manage Workspace and select Content & Feeds from the list of options. You can also search for it in the search bar above.

   

3. In the Content & Feeds (Settings) window, you can view the list of RSS Feeds. Click the Options icon corresponding to the Feed that you want to clone, and click Clone.

   

4. In the Clone RSS Feeds window, you will find all the feed properties copied, except for the Feed Name and Feed URL under Details. Add the feed name and URL.

5. Click Save in the bottom right corner to confirm your changes.
