Configure Colours for User Availability Status on Sprinklr

Users set different statuses that can be configured as a custom field (User Availability Status). Sprinklr now allows you to set your preferred colors assigned to respective availability statuses.
Each status entry in the custom field can be assigned a color, using a hex value or by using the color picker, while editing the User Availability Status custom field.
Note: This feature will only work for the new Custom Field Editor. Besides, this capability needs specific setup. Please get in touch with your Success Manager to get it enabled for your environment.

Steps to Configure Colours for User Availability Status on Sprinklr
Click the New tab icon
and, under Governance Console, click Custom Fields within Unify.
Locate the User Availability Status custom field, and select Edit.
In the Edit User Availability Status window, under the Set Values section, click the color icon and select a color from the color picker for the status.
You can also select color using HEX or RGB values.
Click Update in the bottom right corner.
