Export CXM Profile Data for Multiple Profiles

You can export CXM profile data for profiles using Right to Access Cases. In case you want to export profile data for multiple profiles with the same name, you can create Right to Access Cases for each Profile IDs of those profiles, and then export CXM profile data. 

So, you can export CXM profile data for multiple profiles in two steps. 

To Find out Profile IDs of Profiles

  1. Click the Search icon Space_Icon_Main Nav Search.png in the menu bar, in the top right corner of the window. 
  2. Write the name for which there are multiple profiles, and press Enter. 
  3. In the left pane of the Advanced Search window, enter the Profile Name.
  4. Select the Channel for which you want the profile's interaction. 
  5. Click Apply in the bottom right corner of the left pane. The right pane will show the profiles. Profile names may be the same, but the Profile IDs are different for each of these.

  6. Click the profile name in the right pane, for which you want the Profile ID. Note down the Profile ID.

  7. Follow the same steps to find the Profile IDs of the rest of the profiles. 

Create Right to Access Cases for Profile Ids to Export CXM Profile Data

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under Governance Console tab, click Right to Access Cases within Privacy.
  2. Click Create New Right to Access Case in the top right corner.

  3. Enter the required details in the respective given fields. 
  4. Select the Channel from the dropdown. As Profile Identifier, enter the Profile ID which you have noted down earlier.

  5. Click Create Case in the bottom right corner. 
  6. In the Right to Access Cases window double click the case you have just created. 
  7. In the right pane, hover over the Options icon Space_Icon_Options (Vertical).pngin the extreme right corresponding to the menu bar, and click Task.

  8. Click the dropdown beside Available, and select Approved
  9. Click the Refresh icon.   
  10. Hover over the task. A menu bar appears. When you hover over the Sprinklr icon, you see a message - Export CXM Profile Data. Click the Sprinklr icon to export profile data for the particular Profile ID that you entered while creating the case.

  11. Follow the same steps to find export profile data for the rest of the Profile IDs.
