You can instantly connect with customers using their most preferred communication method: messaging. Within Sprinklr, you can add SignalWire messaging accounts to be able to send and receive SMS from Sprinklr.

To Add a SignalWire Account

1. Click the New Tab icon Under Governance Console, click Accounts within Platform Setup.

2. In the top right corner of the Accounts window, click Add Account.

3. On the Add Account window, search and select SignalWire from the available channels.

4. On the Add SignalWire account window, fill in the account details. Add a Display Name, Country Code, and Phone Number associated with the account. Also, add Account SID (Project ID), Token, and Project URL (Space URL) which can be taken from your native account. (Find an image of the test account below)

5. Click Save at the bottom of the window and you will be redirected to the Update Account window where you can update the further details of your account. For more information, see Update an Account.
