Add an Avaya SMS Account

You can instantly connect with customers using their most preferred communication method: text messaging. Within Sprinklr, you can add an Avaya SMS account to be able to send and receive SMS from Sprinklr.

Note Avaya SMS accounts can only be added if the SMS channel is enabled in your environment. |
To Add an Avaya Account
- Click the New Tab icon
. Under Governance Console, click Accounts within Platform Setup.
- In the top right corner of the Accounts window, click Add Account.
- On the Add Account window, search and select Avaya from the available channels.
- On the Add Avaya account window, fill in the account details. Add a Display Name, Country Code, and Phone Number associated with the account. Also, add Account SID and Token which can be taken from your native account.
- Click Save at the bottom of the window and you will be redirected to the Update Account window where you can update the further details of your account. For more information, see Update an Account.
