Create and Publish POST Assets for SMS Using Journey Facilitator

Sprinklr allows you to compose SMS (Nexmo and Twilio) assets on Asset Manager. You can use those SMS assets in Journey Facilitator to build customer journeys, using SMS (Nexmo and Twilio) as the channel. The SMS assets can be created as described in this article, and then can be added in Customer Journey.
Before You Begin
Before you create a customer journey in which you add SMSs, it is necessary to create SMS assets. Let's say we want to send an SMS on Nexmo service provider.
To Create SMS Assets
To check what Asset types you can create and use for SMSs on Journey Facilitator, see Supported Asset Types.
1. Click the New Tab icon . Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, click Digital Asset Management within Plan.
2. Click Create Asset in the top right corner, and select Post from the dropdown.
3. On the Create New Asset window, type SMS and select the relevant Service provider (Nexmo, Signalwire, Twilio and many more options avaialble) from the 4. dropdown as the Channel.
5. Enter your message content in the Content box.
6. Preview the SMS message in the right pane.
6. Give a Name to your asset. Add a Description, if you want. It is not mandatory.
7. Select the Campaign from the available dropdown.
8. Click Save in the bottom right corner.
Note: Mark the assets that you create as Favourites. You will easily find them when you need to use them at the time of journey creation
To Publish SMS Using Journey Facilitator
Click the New Tab icon
. Under the Sprinklr Service/Marketing tab, click Journey Facilitator within Omni-channel Journey.
Click Create in the top right corner.
On the Create Journey window, give a Name to the journey.
Select a Campaign form the available dropdown.
Select a conversion type.
Select a start date and an end date for the journey from the available calendar.
Select Audience that you want to reach out to.
Click Save and proceed in the bottom right corner.
On the Journey Builder window, click the New icon
and select Send Message.
From the Select Message window, select the SMS asset that you have created.
If you have marked your assets as Favorite, you can find them easily in the Favorites tab.Click Next.
In the Select Account window, from the dropdown, select the SMS (Nexmo) account to publish the message from.
Click Save. The SMS asset is added to the journey.
After the journey building is complete and all the assets have been added, click Save as draft or Save & Deploy.
Note: Sprinklr Supports all major SMS Service Providers available in the market. The process for them remains same.
