Custom sources

Location Insights is not only restricted to the supported list of review domains available on the location page. In case, the customers want to listen, track and analyze any new review domains which are currently not supported in location insights, they can raise a custom domain configuration request to get the support added. The domain addition is dependent on the feasibility of data-sourcing capabilities from the web source.

Procedure to add a custom source

A new domain configuration request can be submitted via the Google form – link.

It may take 2-3 weeks for adding a new source into Location insights coverage, depending on the already queued request in the pipeline. For exact timelines, please reach out to the location insights product team.
