Location Insights on Owned Accounts

Updated

Learn how you can add your owned account pages (Facebook Page, Twitter, Google My Business, and BazaarVoice) to your business locations.

By adding an account to a Business Location, you can pull content from your owned Account pages into Location Insights reporting. This allows users to utilize location-based accounts (like a local store's Facebook Page or Google Places account) to gain a comprehensive view of how customers feel at a regional, local, or global level. Additionally, any Accounts you add to a Business Location will be available in the Review Source Filter in Location Insights dashboards.

Accounts are currently supported for Facebook Pages, Google Places, Twitter and BazaarVoice. Location Insights will perform analysis on owned Accounts that have been included in a Business Location, however, only content from fans - and not from the brand - will be analyzed in Location Insights reporting.

Before you begin

To use a Facebook Page, Twitter, Google My Business Page, and/or BazaarVoice in Business Locations, the account will first need to be added in Sprinklr via Settings. Refer to this article for detailed information on how to add an account in Sprinklr.

To add an owned account page in Business Locations

  1. Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Insights, click Locations within Learn.

  2. On the Business Locations window, click the Add Location button in the top right corner.

  3. This will open the Add Location creation form where you need to enter/select the information of your business location.

  4. Scroll down to the Sources section, select the Account type within Accounts. Currently, we support 4 account types: Facebook Page, Twitter, Google My Business Page, and BazaarVoice.

  5. Select the account type you want to add in your Business Location. For example, if you select Facebook Page, all the Facebook Pages that have been added to your system will be listed in the Account dropdown list. Select the Facebook Pages you want to add. You can select multiple Facebook Pages at a time.

  6. Click Save in the bottom right corner.
