Topic Tuner can be defined as the latest set of enhancements in the topic creation process which fine-tunes your result to your topic query with enhanced reports and deep actionable insights for your topic query. Below we discuss some major features encompassed by the topic tuner in detail and how it offers a superior topic creation process.

New charts in Summary

The topic builder summary will now have the new charts – Top Keywords, Top Profiles, Top Domains, and Top Hashtags. These charts will deliver the top 5 insights around your query to help you gauge the top value drivers bearing the majority influence around your result.

Top Keywords

The Top Keywords chart as the name suggests, will showcase the top 5 trending keywords for your query along with their mentions. These top keywords can further be drilled down to dissect the data for exposing deeper insights.

Top Profiles

The Top Profiles chart displays the top 5 profiles along with their mentions around your query and can be further drilled down.

Top Domains

The Top domains chart shows the top 5 domains around your query which are indulging in the discussion around your query.

The Top Hashtags chart showcases the top 5 trending hashtags which revolve around your topic query.

Adding a Query

Now while adding a query, the summary tab will display the number of mentions fetched on top of the summary pane. This will give you a clear idea of the number of mentions rather than scrolling indefinitely. Along with the number of mentions, you will also get the Mentions Overview section which will summarize the top 5 profiles, top links, and top hashtags around your query.

Categorization and sorting actions in Summary

Now while creating your query, the summary pane will exhibit a dropdpwn option to choose from – Preview Content, Smart Clusters, Summary, and Estimate.

Sorting action

When the user enters the topic tuner for the first time, the default sorting will be Created Time in descending order (latest posts on the top).

You can also sort the result by the Sort Options icon as ascending or descending.
