How to access Topics? (Navigation and required permissions)

In this article, you will learn how to access Topics and what permissions are required to access Topics.

To access Topics

Click the New Tab icon. Under Sprinklr Insights, click Topics under Listen.
Clicking Topics will take you to the Topic Record Manager window from where you can view the list of topics that have been added by you and have been shared with you. Besides, you can add new topics, edit them, clone them, backfill, audit, and manage them.

Permissions required to access and manage Topics

Conversations	Listening Settings	Create Topic	Allows users to create new Listening Topics
Conversations	Listening Settings	Edit Topic	Allows users to edit existing Listening Topics
Conversations	Listening Settings	Delete Topic	Allows users to delete existing Topics
Conversations	Listening Settings	Create Group	Allows users to create new Topic Groups
Conversations	Listening Settings	Edit Group	Allows users to edit existing Topic Groups
Conversations	Listening Settings	Enable Data Fetching	Allows users to enable data fetching for Topics
Conversations	Listening Settings	Topic End-Date Mandatory	Users with this permission cannot save a Topic without first setting a Topic end-date
Conversations	Listening Settings	Delete Group	Allows users to delete existing Topic Groups in Listening
Conversations	Listening Settings	Share Group	Allows users to share Topic Groups Selecting Global (Global level field, Customer, or Visible in all Workspaces) will allow visibility for users across all Workspaces within your Customer. Selecting Workspace(s) will allow visibility for all users within the specified Workspace(s). Selecting User(s) will allow visibility for only the specified user(s) and/or user group(s) if applicable.
