WhatsApp Flows is a feature designed to help brands create structured interactions for business messaging directly within WhatsApp. This feature allows brands to engage with their audience and collect information without the need for users to leave the WhatsApp platform.

Flows are particularly useful for form-based solutions and can be applied across various stages of the customer journey. They can be used for lead generation forms, sign-in forms, feedback forms, surveys, browsing through catalogs, order history, and more.

Brands can customize flows to fit their specific needs and seamlessly integrate them with existing chatbot solutions. This integration enables end-to-end interactions to be completed within WhatsApp, eliminating the need for users to switch to another app or website.

By leveraging WhatsApp Flows, brands can improve engagement and completion rates, leading to enhanced business outcomes.

Types of Flows

Static Flows:

Static Flows are ideal for simple form-based information gathering and workflows where conditional logic is not necessary.

These flows are suitable for use cases such as lead generation, appointment booking, feedback forms, and similar scenarios.

Dynamic Flows:

Dynamic Flows are designed for more complex workflows that involve interactions with multiple potential outcomes and dynamic display of information.

These flows are well-suited for advanced use cases such as sign-in and account management workflows, browsing product catalogs, financial subscriptions, and other scenarios involving dynamic outcomes.
